I had a great experience! My agent Danielle was very friendly and took her time with me. She had no problem explaining in detail each plan I was interested in. We were able to put together an insurance plan that covered both me and my 2 children at an affordable price. I highly recommend them for the coverage you may need.

Jerry Bivens is an amazing agent. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and very knowledgeable. I ran out of time with Jerry do to my son having a basketball game and Jerry made time for me later on that day. How awesome is that?!

Her tone of voice throughout the conversation helped to put me at ease. She expressed interest in my life beyond the policy. I appreciate her being accommodating to my schedule.
